Departure from Florence and arrival in a local farm house were you will have an amazing cooking class (duration 4 hours). The course takes place in the farm where we

produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil, saffron, grow vegetables and raise chickens: all the ingredients used during the class are fresh, many of them picked directly on site.

You will get to know traditional Tuscan cooking with a particular focus on creating delicious and healthy dishes using Extra Virgin Olive Oil! Cook and lunch with things you have made. 

If the weather allows, the course is held outdoors in our “outside kitchen” overlooking vineyards and olive trees. The farm stands on top of a hill in an oasis of peace and tranquillity away from noise, cars and pollution.

After we will drive you to Siena  , a jewel in the heart of Tuscany, is renowned for its iconic "Piazza del Campo" and medieval charm. The city's narrow streets, vibrant markets, and stunning Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta create an enchanting atmosphere. Siena invites you to immerse yourself in its rich history, art, and authentic Italian.
