TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. RESERVATIONS:
Reservations for Toursintuscany travel packages, personal tours, transfers and other services are made by Journeysinitaly S.r.l. Travel Agency. Reservations can be made contacting Journeysinitaly Srl directly, or through another travel agent or agency. All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

2. PRIVACY POLICY:
Toursintuscany and Journeysinitaly Srl collects no personal data without your knowledge and consent and shares no personal data with any third parties unless you have specifically requested us to do so. No data from our correspondence with our company will be sold, reused or re-purposed in any way according with Italian laws. IT IS IMPORTANT TO US TO MAINTAIN YOUR PRIVACY

3. BILLING INFORMATION:
A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking a service with us and will be charged by Journeysinitaly Srl. You may use our Paypal account to settle up adding a 5% commission. The balance will be charged at the end of the service directly to the Driver, or Guide, according to the rates quoted in Euro cash. We also accept Dollars: in this case an additional 5% commission will be charged.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES:
Notice of cancellation of any Toursintuscany and Journeysinitaly Srl tours, transfers and other services must be provided in writing to Toursintuscany and Journeysinitaly Srl by e-mail at info@toursintuscany.com. Cancellations fees applied by Journeysinitaly:
Special conditions due to spreading of Covid 19 desease.
Upon the occurrence of one or more of the following conditions for one or more clients who have booked a service our organization will apply the following cancellation rules:
- presence of symptoms from Covid 19, certified by your doctor, even after the date established for the performance of the service.
- presence of restrictions on the movement of people and the accessibility of places to visit in Italy evidenced by laws that came into force after the booking of the service, including delay or cancellation of flyghts and train rides.
- close and prolonged contact with people who have tested positive to a certified Covid 19 test
- clients who have contracted Covid 19 disease in the 15 days prior to the service, but only if reported to our organization within 48 hours prior to the service and with proof of the test.

Cancellations are admitted for free up to 24 hours before the service.
We will charge 100 euro for each service requested if cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice.

For all other cancellation reasons:
a) Cancellations made from the date of your reservation to 14 days prior to the service; Euro 100 as administration fee for each reserved service.
b) Cancellations made between 14 days and 3 days prior to the service; 50% penalty.
c) Cancellations made with less than 72 hours prior to the service and no show; 100% of the total cost Penalties will be charged on the account or through the Credit Card provided for the reservation.

5. RESPONSABILITY:
Journeysinitaly Srl is not liable in respect of personal injury, loss or damage of luggage by the client, of death. Journeysinitaly Srl is not for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience caused by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by Journeysinitaly Srl such as wars, floods, unusual severe weather, act of god etc.

6. TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. We also recommend a medical and personal insurance to cover medical expenses and loss of baggage or personal belonging.

7. DISPUTES:
The contract is governed by Italian law and in case of dispute that we cannot settle amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Italian court in Florence. 9. legislative reference for the package tour: Art 74/ter dpr 633/72 and D.Leg. 111/1995 art 7
