We will take you to discover the wonderful town of Montepulciano, a medieval hilltop village famous for its Renaissance architecture and its renowned Vino Nobile wine, driving through the magical scenery of the Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its rolling hills, cypress trees, and timeless landscapes.

Afterwards, we will visit Pienza, the “ideal Renaissance town,” celebrated for its harmonious architecture, charming streets, and stunning panoramic views over the Val d’Orcia countryside.

We will then arrive at an amazing 300-year-old organic farm, offering breathtaking views of Pienza. The farmhouse, stables, and surrounding land are home to several animals. The estate also features beehives for honey production, olive groves, a beautiful vegetable garden, and woodland. The farm is fully self-sufficient. You will enjoy a guided tour of the farm followed by a delicious organic lunch made with local products.

After lunch, we will drive you to the charming village of Bagno Vignoni, famous for its unique Romanesque main square, which is actually a large thermal water basin that has been used since Roman times.

We will then continue to Montalcino, passing through the unique Colli Senesi landscape. Montalcino is a picturesque hill town best known as the home of the prestigious Brunello di Montalcino wine and for its impressive medieval fortress overlooking the surrounding countryside.

 

The tour will start directly at your accommodation in Florence or from any Tuscan Town. We will drive about 5 hours in total comfort, amongst beautiful countryside
